What is the standard shipping time for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the EU and 5-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

How can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact. Please visit our returns portal to generate a shipping label.

Are CLUSE watches water-resistant?

Most CLUSE watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM or 5 ATM. This means they are resistant to splashes and light rain, but we recommend removing them before showering or swimming to protect the movement and leather straps.

What payment methods do you accept?

How do I change my watch strap?

Our watches feature a click-on/off system that allows you to change straps easily without tools. Simply slide the pin on the back of the strap to release it and click a new one into place.

Is there a warranty on my CLUSE jewelry or watch?

Yes, all CLUSE products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects in the movement, case, or crystal, but does not cover wear and tear or battery life.
